Clutch Cylinder Haunted!

Help!
I have installed a brand new long throw slave cylinder with a brand new Wilwood master cylinder with new braided stailess lines.
I adjust the clutch free play and have the stop bolt just touching when everything is perfect.
I push the clutch pedal a dozen times or so and the stop bolt is now about 1/8 inch away from the stop. It is impossible to push the slave cylinder piston back to where it was. It acts like there is a one way check valve somewhere and it forces the clutch slave cylinder to slowly creep out with each pedal push.
Have taken everything apart but the master cylinder and eveything looks fine. Have bled and bled. Pedal rock hard.
Just keeps creeping out!
Any ideas are DEEPLY Appreciated.
