It sounds just like my problem I had about a year ago, I have the same clutch. The problem was no lubrication on the snout sleeve that the trow out bearing rides on, symptoms are identical, all of a sudden the clutch pedal would not depress, the throw out bearing had galled and frozen on the sleeve.
