It's the wrong clutch. The Pantera clutch does not have the counter weights on the end of the lever arms.

That is a clutch for a Mustang/Torino, etc.

The counter weights will hit the inside of the bell housing

You could take a cut off wheel and remove them but the presure plate will be a little out of balance.
