Larry is correct, a proper punch and some muscle will get the job done. I've rebuilt many ZFs and often found the needle bearings on the cross shafts were rusted away. The venders have replacements. I would buy three of the outer seal used on the needle bearing on the slave cylinder side. On reassembly, I placed the two additional seals on the inside of both needle bearings protect from disc dust, moisture and debris inside the bellhousing. I greased the needle bearings liberally.
