clutch shudder

Just instaled a new clutch in my gt5.The clutch i installed is a mc cloud 11inch.The pressure plate has had heavier duty spings installed billet fingers with counterweights.THe clutch plate is standard on the pressure plate side and the flywheel side is brass button.THe first problem i came across was the counterweights hitting the lugs in the bellhousing .After grindind the lugs down a fraction and removing the 2 inner bolts i got the clearances needed for the clutch to spin freely.My problem now is i get a shudder when i slowley release the clutch.I havent driven the car on the road as i tested it in the garage.Does anybody have any advice as to what i should do to slove this.
