I was mistaken - I'm on my 3rd slave now (on my 4th master!!). Time period is around 2 years. They all start leaking after 6 months or so, and I drive my car all year round. It never sits more than 2-3 weeks. I have used 2 different vendors, but they all appear to be getting their parts from the same source (the part, box and packing materials look the same). I have used Dot 3 or Dot 4 fluid - does not matter. The vendors have been great, and are also frustrated with the part quality.

I have had the same problems with the masters, but I was able to use a Wilwood.

This has been a constant complaint for me (search my other posts) because it is such a simple part that the 'suppliers' throw together.

....just got back from a drive in MI, 70 and sunny, so I'm feeling fine.....
