The following will make things easier:

You can cut/fabricate fillers/weld and thus lower the floor pan below the seat, getting some head room and maybe a bit more leg room in the process.

You can gain a little shoe/pedal interference improvement by cutting a triangle piece off the lower right corner of the brake pedal

You can get rid of the Redwing work boots and drive in heavy mocassins or deck shoes.

You can get a smaller diameter steering wheel to get some knee room. And for more knee room, search out one of the steering wheels that, for lack of a better term, is squished flat on the bottom, sometimes referred to as a "D" shaped wheel.

There are folks of 6'4" and better driving Panteras. It can be done. I think the interior dimensions are all the same, regardless of year. good Luck
