You ask if all Panteras, 71-85, have the same interior space. The answer is NO.

All Ford-era Panteras, 71-74, have the same interior space. Sometime after the Ford era, DeTomaso started installing dropped floor pans as standard. Therefore a later-model car will have more headroom. This is a popular modification, so you may find some earlier model cars with the additional headroom as well.

As far as I know, the same footwell problem exists in all cars. On widebody cars it is worse - the front wheelwell protrudes more into the cabin on my GT5-S than it did on the early cars. When I first bought my Pantera I used to drive in my socks, but now I am used to it. I can't wear clunky hiking boots or something, but normal shoes I can wear just fine.
