Coil wires??

I'm replacing my coil with a new msd blaster coil. When I went to remove the original there was a red/ orange/ baby blue lead connected to the bat connection. The other con was the dist and that had 2 blue wires connected to it. Coming from the same harness were 2 additional black wires that were not connected to anything. The previous owner eliminated the points in the distributor by putting in a little blue electronic box. Could anyone tell me where these two black wires hook up to? Thanks.
