I seem to recall a post somewhere by Dan Jones or Kelly Colefield explaining that the cooling passage to bolt hole is a very thin casting that can crack or rust through and allow coolant escape. Not sure what the fix was, maybe just some silcone sealant on the bolt.
Either that or maybe your heads have been drilled for use on a Clevor engine with a coolant flow intake at some point?
