cooling fans

tomatopanscourer1974 Pantera 6233 2004 Srt10 Ram supercharged

Hi all, just fitted a new radiator with new fan switches.My fans are currently wired into the spare rocker swith on the dash.
Can i connect the radiator fan switches to the negative wire from the fans without coming from the dashboard and still keep the rocker swich overide?
