I just voted again w my computer. I then tried my iPhone and got a "Thank you, we have already counted your vote" message at the top. OK, so they saw my IP address. So I turned wi-fi off and tried again. Hmmm they must keep track of the MAC address? So, I tried my wife's iPhone with wifi off and that worked. Sooo..... it looks like you should turn off wifi on the phone if you are on the same IP as your computer.

And, yes, I voted on the 24th so you can probably vote once per day
