USPS is the best ... but I thought they eliminated PARCEL POST for large items. I did send 2 hoods to canada and marked the Industrial Samples .. you would ahve to ask Richard and Michel how it worked out on their end. I did send a hood to Norway and I think it worked out that there was no TAX as an Industrial Sample.
