crank seal change

Hello Pantera guys
My engine was rebuilt when I bought the car 2 years ago, It did not fire since I brought it to my house ...
My question is : it is an idea to change the 2 pieces rear main seal without removing the crank ? It didn't leak before ...
The engine is out of the car.
