The P-E engine controller anticipated this. It turns the electric fuel pump on for four seconds when you turn on the ignition.

It is supposed to prime the carbs. Then it shuts it off and ramps up the speed as needed by the engine.

Saves a lot of dry engine turning.

I want commission from him.
