Looks pretty staged to me considering it looks as if he was using a webcam. Anyone know German? I remember a comment somebody made when all the home video shows came on TV. You have to ask yourself why they were filming the "event" in the first place. For example a guy is cutting down a tree and it falls on his car. How many people video tape somebody cutting down a tree?
