Well with the losses they are having from people keeping the cards in their wallets and from people defaulting on them they are resorting to making the people who can pay, pay more. Just to make what they think they deserve to make.
Maybe Senator Bunning should fillibuster the cc companies instead of Unemployment Benefits.
