One of the nicest mods that I have seen for our cars. Simple -- and it works well.

O.K. Checked the web link for the wheel and it is not that expensive at all. I see that the same 14W Lucas wheel is available on eBay -- probably the same guy selling these -- but it doesn't matter; not that bad pricewise either way.
