I've been asked how the third counter bore would be done on the 1in and 1.5in forward mounts.

Burning the C.B. in with an EDM Machine.

Burns the metal away electrically.
Burned in at an angle so the strength is not compromised. The nut can be tightened with a short socket with a wobbly extension.
