I am not familiar enough with Mangusta's to know whether the spacing of the jack-stands is adequate. However, I believe your reasoning fallacious that the width of the fulcrum has changed with a board on the stands reaching both outboard sides of the chassis. The car will tip on the board as easy as if the chassis rested directly on the stands where they are positioned.
