This is an FYI post!

Here is a shot of another early dash one-ish synchro ring compared to mine. Unknown is on the left, mine on the right.

While it fits the gear relatively OK, it will not fit the hub...so something changed...... The width is different, and the three rectangular/square bobs on it are also smaller. The fact that it has the extra teeth around the outer ring is interesting, but apparently not needed in the later(?) or other design.
