If the electronic ignition you're using is an MSD, their tach adapter usually works. When using a Ford Duraspark ll electronic ignition, the stock tach usually works with no add-ons. Those are the two most common ignitions used, I think. Let us know what the Speedo Shop did to your unit and how it behaves.
