I just recently found some waterslide decal paper that you can put in a standard injet printer and and create decals that way. I made decals for my father for his hobby of model airplanes. They work just like the decals that you would get for model cars and planes at your local hobby store. in this case I think you would want to use a white decal background with the black surround. I draw mine on an autocad drafting program that has a range of close to 250 colors so you can customize them to fit your car. My dad reported that the decals worked quite well and looked great. It would also let light thru for the lit hazard switch Bosswrench described. I found the decal paper on Ebay for $10.00 for 10 sheets. Thats probably enough to do every 'Goose in existence!
