I followed the links to the government page for the trademark.

It appears only one new emblem has been trademarked, the one posted by George. It does not appear to have any colors other than black, gray and white and uses a stylized version of the DeTomaso cattle brand included in the original emblem.

As such, all of the items with the old image do not appear to be in conflict with what has been recently trademarked.
