I recommend you reach out to Joe Nardo, who is president of the Australia De Tomaso club. He is a great guy and knows pretty much all the De Tomaso owners in Australia. Joe is based in Sydney, but I'm sure he will know if there is anyone in the vicinity of Ballarat.
