From your serial number, this is a '73 L model. Some things to check on:all Panteras use cheap paper flex-hoses to rout air from the box to the end defroster vents. The center one is direct-coupled. The hoses deteriorate over time (30 years!) and/or fall off. The drivers side hose is the longest so it naturally has less airflow. In addition, the box lid was originally sealed with urethane putty which may have shrunk up, allowing air to leak out. Finally, your car should have a two-speed blower fan; IMHO the low speed is useless even when everything else is correct. You may need to pull the dash to reconnect the vents. This is tedious but not difficult.
