You are right - I mis-typed this - I connected the tank vent to my air cleaner, not the PCV. If I recall, that canister had a connection back to the air cleaner, hence my reason for continuing to connect it back to the air cleaner. That as opposed to leaving it "hanging" in the engine bay. PCV is not in the loop. sorry for the mis-type
