Exactly Doug ... you need a reinforced hose .. because your pulling about - 10lbs of vacumn. The hose will collapse ...and where it it subject to heat... that makes it more likely. I suggest a nice SS hose ... looks like 3/8 ID or aprox 5/8 OD.
