Do I need to lift out engine to fit 180's?

My engine have Hall's big bore headers, and to remove the headers to mount 180's, I wonder if I need to lift out the engine? Seem to be wery tight on the left side towards the tank. On the right side it is easier to remove stuff to make room I guess..
