I installed the .120 gaskets with a thin layer of Right Stuff on the ports on the heads. The manifold side of the gaskets were dry. Five of the intake runners sealed properly. #5 and #6 leaked on the manifold side of the gasket. When I pull the intake I can fix that with a layer of Right Stuff on the manifold ports on that side. #1 leaked on the cylinder head side of the gasket. I will replace that gasket and use a thin layer of Right Stuff on the intake port along with gasket. I am getting closer to a properly sealed intake. The plumbing for the EFI’s MAP and IAC have not leaked during these tests.
