Does Maserati Ghibli ZF transaxle fits ?

Hello guys

Everything is in the title

I am from France and I bought my pantera in USA 8 months ago and because of an uncompetent garage the ZF ran with few oil in it.

So I'm locking to replace it and I have an opportunity with a Maserati Ghibli ZF Gearbox, will it fits the Pantera?
I've heard it can go on a GT40 with the right bellhousing
so I admit if I have the pantera bellhousing I could go for it
And is it as good as original GT40's and Panteras's transaxle ?

It's a dash 2 whereas my Pantera is 1971 so should be a dash 1 ???
