Try to get in touch with Fabrice Bernollin at Still racing in Toulouse, he and his team know Panteras quite well and might be able to help you with the rebuilt. It will be cheaper than buying an extra gearbox, you never know what is the condition ! At least, you'll know what you have with Fabrice, and he is NOT a bullshitter !
Also, go check www.racecarsdirect.com. There is a Swiss guy always advertizing for ZF dash i or 2 spares ( expensive, but ready to use )
Are you coming to Spa Italia De Tomaso ( 4-5 June ) if your car is ready ?
