Hi Fred,
It reminds me of something !
Last year , when I was with Candy ( my factory GR4 ) at Le Mans Classic, I was approached by a very kind German lady ( Janine VOGLER ) who was working for the ZF manufacturing plant in Friedrichshafen.
She then told me that, considering the success of vintage car racing, ZF was considering re-manufacturing ZF spares.
I searched for her business card today, and lucky you, I just found it !
Her email address is janine.vogler@zf.com... Maybe that 's the most simple solution if ZF went on with the project !
Will you be kind enough to keep us ALL informed :>))
