I'm sure a good machine shop can do anything. Should be able to make an oversize pin out of tool steel and have a shoulder at one end and a groove for a circlip at the other -- so you can take doors off with this instead of unbolting and try to line up the doors in the jamb. A friend of mine did this same modification to a 71 Plymouth Cuda and it works very well. Easy to take the door off without screwing up the adjustment to the jamb.
