...Before you pull the cable out, tie a heavy Cord to the end and pull That through with It!! Tie the New Cable end to the Cord and Pull The New Cable Back Through! Tape the ends smooth so they don't snag! You might even tie one end of the OLD cable directly to the NEW and just pull them Out and In with One Single Swoop. Just be sure You have the 'Ends' Oriented Correctly...
