Door window motors

I read an article about a year ago about a guy who swapped out his original window motors for some late model ford electric window motors. The swap was easy, and only required minor modifications. Anyone have any info on this swap? (this reportedly allows the windows to move up and down at a much faster speed, and they are cheaper than replacing with the original motors...)
