Drilling hole in pedal box

Would someone direct me to the post that discusses drilling a hole in the pedal box to access the clutch pin, c clamp, and clevis for adjusting the clutch. I know I read it some time ago and have just gone through posts in an attempt to find it.
OR, OR if someone can just tell me the center point measurement and the size of hole to drill I'd appreciate it.
I have just quit playing "hide and seek" with my third c-clamp while nearly upside down and feet out the back window. What's really amazing is that my interior is completely gutted while restoring and I still can't find the little "buggers", I just hear them bouncing off metal.
