You have a problem. Stock balence had an offset weight on both the flywheel and harmonic balencer with no weights in the crank beyond the as-cast counterweights. So with a crank (forged or not) thats internally balenced, all the balencing is to be done in the crank and the balence weights in your flywheel & harmonic balencer must be machined away to zero-balence them.... or be traded for the correct parts. The clutch is likely OK as-is. Centerforce & other clutch mfgrs do not offset-balence their product so its already zero-balenced. Running the engine with your present combination will likely be highly unpleasant due to vibration, & will rapidly wreck your motor. FWIW, I'd get in touch with a competent engine builder that is familiar with the 351-C.
