Early 1971 (round door handle) fuse pannel

Do you have a legend identifying the amp ratings of each circut on the fuse pannel for an early 71 (round door handle)? I recently installed new fans and #7 fuse keeps blowing. The fuse box cover shows this to be an 8 amp fuse, but I have the manual indicates a 30 amp fuse????
