The rear left quarter panel is the worst looking part of the body but all the structure behind the firewall should be carefully inspected and repaired as necessary. The front and center sections of the car have pretty good metal. I sprayed a rust inhibitor on right after it was stripped which is the odd color. This car had a nice yellow paint job when I bought it, and this was under the paint.
While the effort needed to repair the metal is significant, it is the only way to know that the car is solid unless a "to the metal" restoration was completed and documented.
