Early 72 Project, including performance upgrades

I have 2 Pantera projects and would consider selling the early 72. It is stripped and does need metal repair, but nothing like the car on Bring-a-Trailer. . It includes $12K plus in wheels, suspension and brake upgrades, a 20 pound rear deck. Pair of new Sparco seats, nearly all the interior, all the glass. Without the ZF and engine, $42K.

The car on bringatrailer just sold for $33,333.
