...And don't forget; if the 'securing clip' was left off of the 'Oil Pump Drive Shaft', and that shaft pulls up with the distributor, it can then slip off and drop down into the oil pan! Then Your 'NightMare' has just begun. Just pull easy and be aware! Also those VERY LARGE Diameter Distributors may not clear the rear window! OR one of those exotic 'HighRise' Intake Manifolds. I do not know about the 'Weber' set-up; but a rig such as 'Dual Quads' will only clear the smallest of diameters. I run the 'Mallory Unilite' Distributor, it is the Smallest Diameter Distributor that I have found. It will even clear my Modified Weiand Dual Quad Manifold, Just Barely!(1/4", just enough to allow turning it to set the timing). Something for You to Think On...
