I've purchased and sold on eBay with no problems. When I sold my project car I was getting 4 or 5 calls a day from all over the world asking what my lowest price was. I ended the auction 3 days early because a guy in Germany offered exactly what I wanted. The Europeans were offering alot more that the US guys were thanks to the strong Euro. Make sure you make it clear that they are responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs.
