What they said.... list the bad news first, wrap up w/the good news, clear photo's, show the big scratch/big dent. If some one talks with you several times and travles 500 miles to pick up your car and finds out about a huge scratch or a sunroof that was never mentioned ??... The deals is off because they will just disregard everything you ever told them?.. The truth is a force of nature, it's there waiting... it will show eventually...
