Well that guy, whomever it may be, is protected by Ebays rules that say that he has to be notified that the other bids were canceled and that he is the high bidder BUT is not obligated to accept being the winning bidder.

So the guy has a second chance to not get screwed...but carry on capped crusader...oh wait, that one is taken too. Dam. This is so hard to find a name for you guys?
