If you have a copy of the Ford Technical Service Bulletin book, it has the instructions on how to install it. I gave a copy once to a mechanic friend of mine a while back when he was trying to fit a clutch effort reduction kit to an early Pushbutton Pantera. He found the easiest way to install it was to pull the pedal box out. If you don't want to do that, you can slide the steering wheel assembly with the shaft out to gain room under the dash, also pull out the driver seat so you can lay on your back to work but it will be a pain in the ass still because of those small parts, especially if you have big hands.
