There is a Simple Digital Systems (SDS) outfit adapted to Ford V8 applications. This version is probably best purchased from one of their largest dealers, Western Motorsports. I think it's WesternMotorsports.com but search it if not. It's basically a speed density system complete with harness, ECU & controller plus most sensors for around $1,000 to $1,200 US equivalent (they're Canadian). It needs a Ford TFI signal, so you'd need either a 302 or bigger Ford EFI distributor (no 351C choices available) with fairly minor mods to add the 351C gear & adapt to oil pump driveshaft, depending. They recommend the EFI 351W. Note that those do have the wider cap, which can present a clearance problem at the firewall/engine screen on Panteras. At least worth considering. You'd need some intake mods for injectors & the usual other fuel system components, though on Mike Dailey's site there's a picture and mention of a new Australian intake for EFI on a Cleveland. I would have explored that intake but was already committed. Also, Thomas Tornblum has an excellent web site devoted to his Pantera EFI adaptation of a 5.0 EEC-IV system on his 351C. His page is at detomaso.nu~/thomast/efi/

At least one Pantera has one (SDS system), and mine will soon. I have been very pleased so far with Western Motorsports. The manual they give you is excellent; with their harness the wiring is simple. Hopefully the finer tuning will go smoothly. Good luck. Hopefully this will give you some options that save a little money vs. the Electromotive, the Accel Gen VII, FAST, Motec, the mechanical FI, etc.
