Many options. All depends on what type of system you want.

I have an independent runner system with TWM (www.twminduction.com) throttle bodies on a Redline manifold (2V heads). Injection Perfection (www.injectionperfection.com) in Sydney supplied the manifold. Kinsler and Hilborn also make throttle bodies though I don't know if they make a manifold for Clevelands. I beleive Hall Pantera has a manifold for 4V heads. The TWM's as well as many other independent runner systems use a Weber 48 IDA bolt pattern.

I use a Haltech E6K ECU with crank triggered direct fired ignition. The engine is in a GT40 replica and uses a single Hall switch and 4 magnets in the flywheel for trigger and home. No distributer at all except to drive the oil pump. Motec and Electomotive are a couple of other widely used ECU's that also have options for direct fire as well as injection.
