Clean all your ground contact points yet?

FIRST thing on ANY Pantera electrical gremlin -
clean the grounds.

Each tail light has its own ground point. You will need to remove them from their buckets to access it

Next, for light bulbs, switch for a known good bulb.

Next, check plug contacts for tightness and corrosion.
