Electric resistance heating would probably consume 70 to 100 amps from the electrical system.

500 watts (1,706 BTU) / 14 volts = 35.7 amps
1,000 watts (3,412 BTU) / 14 volts = 71.4 amps
1.200 watts (4,095 BTU) / 14 volts = 85.7 amps
1,500 watts (5,118 BTU) / 14 volts = 107.1 amps
